RESEARCH INTO PROJECT

Music is a melodious sound or rhythmic voice of someone singing. These two factors in connection with each other are creating the notes which in the end create a music. Since world has been created and people were evolving, music played the main part in world improvement. The early man has played it on hand made drums. It eventually became a culture. In Greek mythology, Apollo was the god of music. In Australia the Aborigines sang to help for each other with navigation of long distances. Shamans used music to access their mind and body conciseness.
Relaxation music is usually non lyrical, tempo of kind off music is usually between 60-80 bpm. Cord progression and simple harmonic is crucial, to give it a proper calm flow. Body has a great nature to synchronise with vibrations, causing them to oscillate with each other. The psychophysiologists are using music key's elements like pitch and rhythm to stimulate the neurohormonal system. Music Therapy increases motivation, levels up mood of the patient, as well as feeling of responsibility. In addition music therapy reduces pain and anxiety.
Music also has been used for patients with cancer to reduce the pain. Music has became a anxiety reducer, to pain associated with radioteraphy and chemotherapy, helps with nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy.
